After waiting on hold and being transferred a couple times, I was told a technician had come to my complex and performed his duties outside of the apartment. On 5 JUL, no one showed up and I called Verizon to ask what had happened. I was told they could service my apartment and the soonest they could get someone out to me would be from 8-12 on 5 JUL.
